Friday, October 2
Þ Enjoy the ride over to Manchester Beach KOA
Þ When you arrive, Check in at the KOA office to pay for your camping (group tenting: $10 per person per night, or get your cabin & key)
Þ 4:00 p.m. Event check in, pickup your wristband, the bonfire, cheer & chatter begins at the Club Campsite/Host site - Site 24
Þ 6:30 p.m. Dinner at Club Campsite
Þ Saturday, October 3, during the day
Þ 7:00 a.m. Continental breakfast at the Club Campsite - Site 24
Þ Lunch on your own
Þ Event check in beginning at noon at the Club Campsite
Saturday evening festivities
Þ Cocktail hour – Bartender Fred is hosting again!
Þ Main event! Monthly meeting at the group fire-pit
Þ Raffle– scout out Rafflemeister Gordy and crew for tickets - There are some great prizes this year!
Þ Saturday - dinner served at KOA rec center
Þ Bonfire, cheer & chatter at the Club campsite
Sunday, October 4, morning
