Range of Light Gypsy Tour - who's going?

On Wednesday we ride to dinner and on Saturday we ride to breakfast. Those and any other rides are coordinated and (sometimes) reported here.

Range of Light Gypsy Tour - who's going?

Postby Mike Herte » Fri Jul 10, 2015 4:26 pm

I'm planning on doing the NorCal BMW Range of Light Gypsy Tour for the first time. The event takes place Sept. 4 - 7, 2015. Anyone else going?

In an attempt to reprise the famous 2000 Gypsy Tour, documented hilariously in the RCB newsletter by Gerry O'Callahan, I and CJ Gilzean, Steve Bechtold, Gerry, et. al. plan to be at this year's Gypsy Tour. Please check your mirrors frequently, and if you see a Ducati Scrambler at the end of a tow rope pulling out to pass, give a wave...

Anyone know of a "check-in" time for Friday?
Anyone looking for a riding partner for the trip to Orland?

As I recall, "Check-in" is whenever they get there and get set up for it - maybe as late as 6, and open until 8 or so...

I plan to leave around 2 and arrive around 4 (avoiding freeways) for plenty of time to set up and settle in before dinner.
If you want, meet me at the Chevron on Del Paso Rd., just off I-5:
