Bought a new FJ 09 coupla weeks ago. Loved the bike immediately with one exception. The frickin seat was torture after 20 minutes. Called Seth Lamm in Redding and did a ride in. Seth does exceptional work and I couldn't be happier with the new saddle. Comfy, and it looks great! So...call Seth if you need saddle work. Slow time of the year so don't wait till May, as he will be buried in work!

I just got a seat from him recently too, and I'm loving it. I've had Rick make me 4 seats for my BMWs, and I was always pleased with them, but Seth is doing more than Rick ever did back in the day, especially in customer service, and I think his seats look better than Rick's. Prices are reasonable, too.

Fredered,
Enjoyed meeting Seth and watching him build my saddle. He has taken his time under Ricks guidence to a very nice level. His customer service and genuine concern is refreshing. He will be doing my FJR seats also. The saddle is a work of art!

I rode in and had Seth make a seat for me last May for the 12 R1200RT. It is much better looking than the Rick seat I had on the 05 R1200RT and very comfortable as well. He does a great job and was said earlier the cost was totally reasonable. Snow and cold here, cross country and downhill skiing instead of MC riding. :D Tom Moe, RCB Montana

Seth did my GS last May when I bought it. Great guy and great job. Just bought a DR650 and called him in regards to a seat for it. He clued me in on seat concepts seat for this bike for $200. Got it and so far love it. I am sure a custom one from Seth would be better but unnecessary because I won't be doing long runs on it, just trail riding.

I had Seth put a seat on my '15 1200RT in September. Couldn't agree more about his work and his great customer service. I recommend him to anyone. I also appreciate the fact that I can come back for any tweeks that might be needed.

Does someone have a phone # & address or website for Seth. I'm going to need a new seat soon. Thanks

Hey Marv,
Just Google Seth Lamm seats. Everything is on his Interweb site.

Rode to Seth's yesterday and had him do the FJR saddles. Had both rider and pillion done. I prefer function over form but these saddles are both comfortable and a work of art. Very happy. Seth is very easy to work with and knows his craft well. Took the saddle he built for the FJ09 along for a slight tweak. He happily did my requested mod and the seat is now even better than before. Will continue to recommend Seth's services.
