Help with Throttle Bodies????

Postby Gordon Olson » Mon Dec 23, 2013 9:33 am

RCB'ers:

Dave Swift (RCB Grass Valley Chapter) is looking for some assistance with throttle body problems on his 1150RT and his 1200RT. Normally, I would have been happy to provide my expert guidance but my "non-compete" agreement with the A&S Service Department limits me to working only on carburetor adjustments for fuel-injected bikes and chain adjustments on shaft-driven ones. Perhaps someone not similarly contractually limited could provide Dave with some help. I am thinking in particular about someone from the Hazel Avenue Garage or from Rocklin Repair and Recovery (you know who you are!) but others are welcome to chime in as well. You can reach Dave at 530-477-7731. I will waive my customary 10% finder's fee for this job only.

Cheers,
Gordy

Does Dave still need help? I may be able to next weekend and I have enough knowledge to be dangerous so it should be fun!
